14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

How to Start a Return Email us at frostnest5@gmail.com with your order number. Letting us know the reason is optional and helps us improve, but is not required. We will provide you with the return address promptly so that your 14-day return window is not affected.

Model Withdrawal Form You may (but are not required to) use the standard EU withdrawal form. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear written statement to frostnest5@gmail.com stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, along with your order number.

Condition of Returned Items You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof of return shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at frostnest5@gmail.com with photos as evidence. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are not affected.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
